i think i would be feeling that I killed him in self defense because they were drowning pony boy and they were drunk.Although, If I were johnny I would have gone straight to the police because the police might give me a lighter sentence and the they couldn't use me running away as a persuasion to the judge or jury. Also, It would be much easier to convince them that I am inasint because Ponyboy might still be wet so we could use that to say he was being drowned if we could get one of the socs to testify for us ~ That is exactly what I would do too. It never helps to run. You could not run far enough! ~Mrs. Best
B. Explain what Two-Bit means when he says: "The only thing that keeps Darry from being a Soc is us.".
I think he is saying that it is family that keeps darry from going over. He cant be against his own family. I would definitely not change over if my family was going to be against me. Espiaciall if I was forced to ~ Not sure what happened here. ~Mrs. Best

I would be way to scared if I murdered someone to go to the police and confess. I don't think going to Dally for help was the best thing to do for them either because he is a criminal and would probably say to break the law somehow. If Poyboy was still wet when you went to the police station they might think you could have faked it. I liked the response. Good job Alex.
